In this story, Surni's brother's Tarl (14 years old) is very curious about a city near by(Panama City) and decides to run away from their Embera village to Panama City.
Meanhile, Surni's mother (Ishnu) gets really sick because of her appendix. The healer of their village (Kulin) could not help her because he only knew about herbs. Now, nobody could save young Ishru's life except the doctors in Panama City. Surni decides to bring her mother to Panama to get help.
